Shipping policy

Amsterdam 12 hour Delivery

Choose the 12 hour delivery option to receive your pieces within 12 hours of placing your order. This service is available for orders placed  to select Amsterdam zones. If your order is eligible for the 12 hour delivery option will be displayed to you at checkout. For such orders, customers will receive a text with a delivery update and time to arrival.

The Netherlands Delivery

Orders shipped within The Netherlands will be shipped via  PostNL express post and will be delivered on your letterbox within 2-4 days. Shipping times can vary, but we will always work hard to get your parcel to you as soon as we can. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am - 5.30 pm.

EU Delivery

All EU deliveries will be packed and send same day of payment confirmation. Deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, but just to let know you know - sometimes there are some delays due to customs clearance which Angel basics cannot be held accountable for, so please forgive us if you have to wait a few days longer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination:

International (Non EU) Delivery

If you would like to have your purchase delivered outside the EU, we are more than happy to assist on a personal level. Call or email us with the details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information and we will review your order within 24 hours. Processing Time

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours pending product availability and credit verification.
